Fixed and Wireless Communication Telecom Service Providers
In this list of telecom service providers also known as phone companies, ma bell, and carriers there are both fixed and wireless communication Service Providers. Firstly, we must understand what fixed communications are, and next what is a landline? First of all, a landline according to Wikipedia “landline telephone (also known as land line, land-line, main line, home phone, landline, fixed–line, and wireline) is a phone that uses a metal wire or optical fiber telephone line for transmission as distinguished from a mobile cellular line, which uses radio waves for transmission.” So, for a wired communication service to connect, it requires a wire connected to the device in order to receive a signal, it can’t use a wireless device signal.
In the past, the only way we could talk on the phone was through landline or fixed communication connections. Therefore, on the go transmissions require wireless communication.  So, with wireless communication you can take the phone or device with you when you leave home. With added freedom, even more flexibility is brought through 5G wireless network connections. So, as a result, wireless communication allows many of us to work while traveling, and play games outside using tablets, or wireless devices.
Wireless Communication
Since we know the definition of fixed lines of communications, we can move into wireless services. So, what is wireless communication? Wikipedia says “Wireless communications is a type of data communication that is performed and delivered wirelessly. This is a broad term that incorporates all procedures and forms of connecting and communicating between two or more devices using a wireless signal through wireless communication technologies and devices.” So it’s simple to just realize that wired communication requires a wire and wireless doesn’t require the wire to communicate.
