Can Auditel telecom One Day Training – Telecom Bill Review training give savings using my local telephone bills? What makes up the monthly service charges? What is a customer service record? 

This Telecom Bill Review course is for you if you have a small amount of local telephone bills and want them analyzed. First, your company will learn to analyze local telephone monthly service charges, fees, taxes, and surcharges working with the customer service records (CSR) from the service providers. Additionally, each customer service record gives telephone service established date, billing address, and service address. Since the CSR includes additional information including USOC codes.

Your business’ local telephone bills are analyzed in the Telecom Bill Review workshop to locate recovery or monthly savings. Auditel will educate the students on the telecom charges that make up the monthly service fee.

Student Telecom Bill Review Training

Students will learn the types of usages, located on the top of the telephone bill. Then they will begin to learn how to locate telecom service providers monthly service charges and usage based charges billed by other companies.  Since Auditel telecom workshop training Phase 1 has been most successful and delivers highest recovery and savings. Lastly, Telecom Bill Review training increases basic auditing skills and increases telecom refunds within their local telephone bills.
